Sometimes it's just lovely to do something traditional - to be formal, to act appropriately (ish), to dress up, to shine in company and in candlelight. Last night was one such night but it felt so new - it felt so right to be there with you.
I don't think anyone has ever loved me as much as you do. I don't think I have ever realised what true understanding and connection mean. I certainly never realised that the unusual could be so amazing. To put down the "shoulds", to cast away the "correct terms of reference" and just to revel in the sensation of understanding, love, intellect, amusement and chemistry while all the time just thinking "YES"
I love you. And again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything you do for me and for making me whole again.
